Three new goat cheeses join the shop this month: a fresh log rolled in herbs, an ash-ripened pyramid, and a hard cheese aged four months in our cellar.

The spring honey harvest
The first frames came out of the hives this week. Spring honey is pale, floral and sets quickly — this year it tastes of acacia and lime blossom. Jars reach the shop on Friday.
